Cariño FilmWorks presents two free lecture-based workshops led by award-winning screenwriter and independent film producer Professor Missy Hernandez of the School of Film and Television at Columbia College Chicago and Emmy-nominated filmmaker and Telly Award–winning director George Ellzey Jr at the Yollocalli Fire Station as they discuss producing short films with limited resources and maneuvering your own production company successfully. These workshops are free and open to the public.
